Participants may post questions related to the resolutions to be tabled for approval at the AGM and the Company’s business using the Q&A function via the live webcast or submit their questions in advance via the pre-registration website for the Pre-AGM Virtual Information Session.

In view of the COVID-19 situation and to comply with the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent Spread of COVID-19) Regulations 2020 (the “Regulations”), the physical attendance of our forthcoming AGM will be limited to the Board of Directors and key personnel of the Company. No other shareholders or their corporate representatives will be admitted.

As shareholders will not be able to vote through the live webcast, the Company strongly encourage all shareholders to exercise their voting rights via proxy voting by appointing the “Chairman of the Annual General Meeting” as their proxy.

Considering that the proxy voting form has to be submitted 72 hours before our AGM (i.e. by 10:00am on 24 April 2020), the Company has decided to hold a virtual information session on Thursday, 23 April 2020 at 11am to provide investors an avenue to post questions related to the resolutions to be tabled at the AGM and the Company’s business, as well as to engage with our Management and the Board of Directors, in order to make more informed decision when voting for the various resolutions.
